Founded in Phoenix more than 28 years ago, we are a family-owned company that has spent nearly three decades earning trust one project at a time. Our founder saw a gap in the market early on. The homebuilding process was often cold, transactional, and disconnected from the people it was supposed to serve. Families were making one of the largest financial decisions of their lives, yet rarely felt heard. That had to change. Ocotillo Construction was created to put the client first, slow down long enough to understand each family's vision, and deliver a finished result that reflects their needs and their budget.
